Terms & Conditions

  •  A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, for all appointments 45 minutes or over. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not be returned and a new deposit will be required to create a new booking. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 100% of the treatment total will be charged. 

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% will be taken for all new sets of eyelash extensions and lash lift appointments (half sets, full sets and LVL). This is non refundable due to the length of time of the appointment. 

  • If you are seen to be reserving and then cancelling appointments multiple times in a short space of time, we reserve the right to remove you from our online booking system with no warning.

  • If you repeatedly no show or cancel appointments last minute, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments. 

  • Any anti social, unpleasant, rude or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be refused any future appointments. 

  • Payment is required at the time of the appointment, no later. Our preferred payment method is via BACS. 

  • Children are welcome in the studio but I ask that you please let me know beforehand, this may be refused during busy periods such as Christmas. Please do not bring your children if they are unwell or off of school with sickness. 

  • If you are unwell or have any type of sickness, please reschedule or cancel your appointment, to avoid spreading illness within the studio and to other clients. 

  • It is the responsibility of the client to arrange a patch test at least 48 hour prior to appointments for any new treatments such as LVL, eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting or eyebrow lamination. If a patch test is not arranged prior to the appointment date, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and the deposit will not be refunded. 

  • As a client, you agree that any photography taken during the appointment can be used for marketing purposes including but not limited to our website and social media such as instagram and facebook. If you are not happy with this agreement, you will need to make us aware. 

  • Travel fees for bookings will be applied when the address is more than a 10 mile radius from cambridge CB24. This will be charged at 50p per mile outside of these areas. This will include congestion charges and any parking fees incurred. 

  • For bridal bookings, a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will only be returned if the client cancels 90 days prior to the wedding date. If cancelled within 90 days, a 50% fee will be charged and the deposit will not be returned. 

  • Gift vouchers are redeemable against any treatment, product or service. All gift vouchers purchased must be used within 6 months of the purchase date with no exceptions. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
